United States of America has
canceled travel warning that it had issued for US citizens preparing to visit
Nepal.
“In recognition of improved
conditions in Nepal, the US Department of State has cancelled the travel warning
that was most recently issued on January 12,” the US Embassy in Kathmandu said
in a statement on Wednesday.
The US Embassy is pleased that
the overall situation in Nepal has improved to such a degree that this decision
could be made, the statement added.
The decision is expected to
increase the flow of tourists from the US to Nepal.
